Unless otherwise stated, seminars will be conducted in English, no simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Seminar attendees are required to register separately for admission to the exhibition.
研讨会参加者必须另行办理优先登记才能进入展览会参观。

Advance payment is required for a guaranteed seat. If paid by credit card, all administration charges, if
any, are to be borne by the attendee.
参加者必须预先付清费用才获确认出席研讨会的资格；若以信用卡付款，所有行
政费用须由参加者支付。

Confirmation letter will be issued upon receipt of your Enrolment Form and payment (except free admission seminars).
当报名表及费用收到後，大会将发出书面确认 (免費研討會除外)。

Cancellations will not be accepted once your enrolment has been confirmed but a substitute from the
same company can be nominated to replace the original registrant. In case of nominating a substitute,
please notify the Organisers onsite at the door; no prior notification is required.
报名确认後不能取消，惟报名公司可指派另一名雇员出席。该名代为出席的雇员不
须预先通知大会，只须在专题研讨会举行当天即场申报便可。

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Cosmoprof Asia Ltd reserves the right to alter the contents of
the seminar without prior notice or otherwise cancel it if necessary.
在不能预知的情况下，主办机构保留更改研讨会内容或取消之最终权利，并不作
另行通知。

Dress code: no jeans, sports shoes or T-shirts
出席研讨会者请勿穿着牛仔裤丶运动鞋或T恤。
