According to the Hong Kong Immigration Department, visitors from over 170 countries can enjoy visa-free entry for periods varying from seven days to six months!

In the case that a visa is required, visitors can submit their applications directly to the Hong Kong Immigration Department or through a Chinese diplomatic or consular mission in their area of residence.

To assist your visa application, the Organisers can issue you an official invitation letter. Please provide information as listed below and send us a request no later than 15 October 2019. Accurate information is essential and the Organisers accept no responsibility for the accuracy of any information contained in the letter.

Please note that no invitation letter will be issued to visitors from visa-free countries (click here to check if you need a visa to enter Hong Kong)

It will normally take four to six weeks for the Immigration Department to process a visit/transit visa/entry permit application upon receipt of all the required documents. Please note the issuance of a visa is at the discretion of the Hong Kong Immigration Department.

Procedures: 

1. Fill in the blanks below in BLOCK LETTER (in English) and click the SUBMIT button.
2. Once your application is approved, the Organisers will return an Invitation Letter to the applicant by EMAIL.
Please be reminded that all applicants’ passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS.
