Gautam is passionate about market research with a purpose to uncover insights that can help manufacturers create better products and deliver value to their customers as well as brands. He specializes in the areas of demand foresight, innovation development, price, pack & portfolio optimization. Gautam started his professional career in the U.S. and then moved to Shanghai, China, where he lived for 10+ years, thoroughly enjoying the pace of innovation and dynamic nature of the region. He currently leads NielsenIQ’s BASES Innovation Practice for APAC & MEA and is based out of Singapore. He graduated with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati in the U.S.
