Working closely with the operations division he has an eye for detail and understands the intricacies of back-of-house operations and set-up that enables the service delivery teams to seamlessly delight the guests that they serve

Sean’s services include hotel & resort wellness concept development, design & planning, pre-opening & commissioning and operational support.
