Laure Llorens


Laure has an impressive career spanning over two decades at dsm-firmenich, within the Perfumery division. She currently holds the position of Team Leader, overseeing a group of Marketing and Consumer Insights experts responsible for Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea regions.

Laure’s passion revolves around consumer behavior, marketing strategies, and the culture of innovation with the goal of assisting FMCG brands to harness insights and create outstanding products with unique fragrances. Laure plays a pivotal role in the Conscious Perfumery network at dsmfirmenich, an initiative dedicated to develop environmentally friendly and sustainable fragrances. Her belief in the power of sustainability as a force for good fuels her commitment to build and transmit key knowledge in this field.

Laure embarked on her professional journey in Geneva, Switzerland, where she initially delved into the world of journalism. However, her fascination with the Fragrance Industry soon led her to Paris, followed by Singapore, her base since 2016. She is a graduate of Geneva University with a degree in Economic & Social History, further augmented by a year at the CAM Foundation in London, with a focus on marketing, advertising, and communication.
