Chrisanti Indiana is the Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer of Social Bella, Indonesia’s leading beauty tech company, which employs over 2000 people across offices in Indonesia, India, and Vietnam. Founded in 2015,
Social Bella has evolved from a beauty and personal care e-commerce platform into a large-scale, comprehensive, and sustainable online-to-offline ecosystem, serving millions of users.

Prior to her career at Sociolla, Santi graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Design (Communication), Design, and Visual Communications, from Billy Blue College of Design in Australia. She
continued to work in the creative industry in Australia, developing marketing communications strategies for well-known brands across the industry. With her expertise, Chrisanti oversees the creation, planning, and implementation of Sociolla’s marketing and advertising campaigns. Additionally, she plays a vital role in the expansion of Sociolla by ensuring the availability of trusted, original, and safe products, while introducing various foreign and local brands to the Indonesian market. 

As the CMO of Social Bella, Santi holds a critical leadership role in inspiring and guiding the team toward achieving the company’s vision and mission: liberating self-care. She is dedicated to empowering beauty enthusiasts by providing them with the self-care they deserve, free from limitations. Santi also plays a vital role at Lilla, an ecosystem designed by mothers for mothers, with its first omnichannel store opened in 2022.
