Shuttle Bus Schedule
To ensure a seamless experience for all Cosmoprof Asia attendees, complimentary shuttle buses will operate between the two exhibition venues—AsiaWorld-Expo and the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre—as well as between key city center locations and both venues. Please show your badge （either e-badge or physical badge）to staff at the pick-up point before boarding.

Shuttle Bus – Terms of Use
Adverse Weather Service Suspension Policy:
Shuttle bus services will be suspended 1 hour before the anticipated hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or issuance of Black Rainstorm Warning as a precautionary safety measure. Services will remain suspended throughout the duration of the weather warning and will resume 2 hours after the signal is lowered to Signal No. 3 or below (for typhoons) or after the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled, subject to road safety assessment and operational readiness. Passengers are advised to monitor official event channels for real-time service updates and plan alternative transportation accordingly during suspension periods.
