As Global Partnerships Director at BEAUTYSTREAMS, she leads strategic relationships and cross-industry collaborations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Fernanda leads the global CosmoTrends projects and the Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards on behalf of BEAUTYSTREAMS, the official curator of these initiatives for the Cosmoprof Global Network. Working closely with Cosmoprof, she leads the development and execution of these projects, connecting market intelligence, emerging trends, innovation, and industry expertise to identify the brands, products, and ideas shaping the future of beauty.
A frequent keynote speaker and international awards juror, Fernanda brings a global perspective to the beauty industry. She also collaborates with the Openstreams Foundation, supporting initiatives that foster innovation and international collaboration.

Michele Superchi is the Vice President of BEAUTYSTREAMS, where he oversees the
company’s international business development operations, managing commercial teams located across six continents. Michele is recognized as an expert speaker at TEDx events and beauty industry trade shows worldwide and has been featured in prestigious publications such as Vanity Fair and GQ Magazine. In addition to his leadership role at BEAUTYSTREAMS, Michele is actively involved in education, delivering lectures at IULM University, the Milan Fashion Institute, and the Faculty of Cosmetic Chemistry in Ferrara.
