Laurinda Ho is a Chinese female entrepreneur, philanthropist, and fashion icon, as well as the founder of the charity organization Smile With Us HK.

William joined Mind HK as a Clinical Advisor in March 2026. He received professional training in Clinical Psychology and Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has engaged in the mental health field for over seven years, with experience across educational, community, and psychiatric settings.

William believes that mental health challenges are a natural part of life. Dedicated to becoming an effective and validating clinician, he seeks to look beyond surface-level problems to be fixed and understand individuals’ underlying unmet needs. He holds particular clinical interests in neurodevelopmental disorders, depressive and anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.

As a scientist-practitioner, William is committed to the local development of evidence-based psychological interventions. He has been involved in localising and building empirical support for interventions such as Mindful Parenting and Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, adapting these programmes to the Hong Kong context to support families with children with special educational needs. He has also contributed to research highlighting the importance of addressing children’s self-efficacy and emotional well-being during early development.

Chris Chu is a wellness advocate and marketing communications professional with over 10 years of experience. Driven by a passion for fragrance and wellness, he is the key lead for large-scale, scent-led events and campaigns that connect fragrance with mindful living. At Eternal Group, he introduced wellness initiatives, including the first 300-person retreat that combined mindful experiences with meaningful engagement. His current role encompasses corporate branding campaigns, CRM and partnerships; he also led the latest “Eternal Path to China” at Esxence in Milan, bridging international fragrance brands with the China market. Before joining Eternal Group, he worked with major corporations and listed companies across communications, events, ESG, and stakeholder engagement. He is also a certified yoga teacher.
