She has extensive project experience and a wealth of technical expertise in EU REACH, UK REACH and PPWR compliance. Ms. Shi has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in successful compliance under multiple regulations.

Felix Gass is the founder of PSL, a Berlin-based consulting studio specialising in sustainable packaging strategy and PPWR implementation. He advises brands, retailers and packaging manufacturers across Europe on packaging regulation and material strategy. Before founding PSL, Felix spent nearly 11 years in packaging R&D at Procter & Gamble, including an assignment in Beijing. His work focuses on translating regulatory requirements into practical packaging decisions that companies can implement.

Innovation Centre, where she combines her expertise in toxicology with a

over a decade of experience in safety assessment, Andrea has established
herself as a trusted expert in evaluating the safety of cosmetics, household
consumer products, art materials, and toys. Her work reflects L’Oréal’s
unwavering commitment to innovation, science, and consumer well-being.
Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Hong Kong and has
earned prestigious certifications as both a European Registered Toxicologist
(ERT) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT). Her
expertise spans advanced safety risk assessment methodologies, regulatory
compliance, and the promotion of alternative testing methods. At L’Oréal,
Andrea plays a pivotal role in developing comprehensive safety dossiers,
leading non-clinical studies, and ensuring adherence to the highest safety
