Gary Chin is one of the most influential figures in the Asian scent creation community. In 2015, he founded the Hong Kong Perfume School. To date, over 1,500 students have completed professional certificate courses through the school.

Beyond training fragrance consultants and nurturing a new generation of perfumers, he also provides entrepreneurial guidance, job referrals, and brand development consulting for independent perfumers and perfume houses.

Currently, Gary serves as the President of the Asia Perfume Foundation, playing a key role in connecting and cultivating the fragrance community across Asia.

Maurizio Cavezzali is an expert in communication and emotional marketing, with a focus on the luxury and lifestyle sectors. After graduating in Economic and Financial Sciences in Milan, he spent years providing strategic advice to national and international companies, helping them strengthen their identity and build deeper connections with their audiences.

In 1998, he founded Equipe International, a company specializing in creating innovative content for industries such as automotive, beauty, jewelry, food, and non-profit. One of his most notable achievements is the creation of Esxence – The Art Perfumery Event, launched in 2009 as the leading international showcase for artistic perfumery, addressing the growing demand for distinctive fragrances that express identity and cultural depth.

Since 1995, Maurizio has been actively involved in education, sharing his expertise as a contract lecturer at the Politecnico di Milano and Accademia di Brera, focusing on lifestyle, fashion, and luxury. His passion for fragrance education led to the establishment of the Italian Perfumery Institute, a center of excellence dedicated to training and promoting fragrance culture through multidisciplinary programs.

Most recently, he was awarded the prestigious title of Grande Ufficiale of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, recognizing his contributions to business, the arts, and culture.

Haocong Weng serves as General Manager of Guangdong Xuelei Fragrance Culture Co., Ltd. and Director of XUELEI Fragrance Museum.
